This program is offered jointly by the Green Fund and FRQNT, and run by FRQNT, FRQSC and MESI.<\/p>\r\n<p>The grant will enable Professor B\u00e9langer to build a large carbon sink in the Chaudi\u00e8re-Appalaches region by rebuilding soils and afforesting old asbestos mines.
